My Forum has a small number of registered users.

So, a user #21 gets number #401 due to all the spammers that I did not allow to register and deleted them. 10-20 of spammers a day try to register.
My process is - email first, then email confirmation, then moderation to allow them in.

How to remove those deleted (an never posting, never allowed to post, nothing behind them, "cheap viagra" and similar users from taking up the sequence of registration number?

Simply, how to compact the database to know only about the users that are registered.
