Right, the only problem that remains on 4.1.5 with all the fixes detailed in this thread is that when you use the submit media from the sub navbar (takes you to submit.php), clicking the retrieve information does not retrieve the youtube description.

If you go to your media.php and use the retrieve information link at the bottom of that page, the description is retrieved from youtube fine.

Currently looking for the problem and solution. If anyone knows the solution feel free to shout it out
