I am wondering if it is possible to have the raffles remain active right up until the time of being drawn. So far I am experiencing that once it becomes the Draw Date that tickets are no longer purchasable and the raffle is removed from the active raffles sidebar and Raffles page.

I want to draw the raffle at 3PM and it would be ideal for tickets to be able to be purchased right up until I draw that raffle.

Another weird thing I am encountering is with the Scheduled Tasks Draw raffles

My board time zone is -7 so I am having to set hour to 18 to make a 3PM draw time. I am trying to make it 3:05PM so i can decide to manually draw if possible. However setting the first minute field from * to 5 has no effect. There are 6 minute fields and I am confused to what they do.
