Is it possible for a moderator without access to the vBulletin Options section in the admincp to turn the chat off/on?

For example, maybe the chatbox moderator groups in the "Groups able to moderate ChatBox" config being able to do this?

I doubt it's currently possible, but might be a useful idea to allow certain usergroups or maybe even specific members to be able to turn the chatbox on/off from the main chatbox page.

At this point, the only place I see where the chatbox can be turned on or off is within the vBulletin Options section, but I do not want to give access to that section of my admincp to chatbox moderators.
