Version 1.0.4 beta released. This is a minor bug fix & feature tweak update.

- added manufacturer field to the product box
- added location field to review posts
- changed review posts to not show under a particular user if annonymous
- replaced image/rating/pf/stars-green-4.png which incorrectly shows 4.5 stars
- fixes bug with "View all reviews on..." phrase to add .php to links
