Same problem here. 188.123.248.62 becomes 127.255.255.255.

1. Default 32
2. 4.1.5 Patch Level 1
3. php: 5.2.14 - mysql: 5.0.67 - no idea if it's 32bit or 64 bit though. where can i see that?
