Often in my forum a poll needs to be deleted then then entered again with new options.

For example, at the moment they are watching "Big Brother" on TV and discussing it on a Big Brother thread, every week it a poll needs to be "who do you want evicted this week" but they can't change the poll at all.

On my old forum users could delete their own poll and make a new one, is there a way I can enable this or do I need to find a mod?
