I have Spam Bot Search Tool (made by Steven Burn of hpHosts and Smurf Minions of GuildWarsHolland) installed at this link. There are several mods for various forums available to integrate SBST into forum registration scripts to prevent spam bot registrations, however none currently exists for vBulletin. Here are a couple of examples:

I used this mod with phpBB 3 for a year (before switching to vBulletin) with a great deal of success, and while I do not have a lot of spam with vBulletin I would still like to see the mod ported over to vBulletin 4 so that I can have a little extra security.
