Please help :-)

I have a need to move the content of the external vbulletin_important.css directly into the headinclude template, but I don't know how to do it.

I have actually managed to create a plug-in that moves the css into my headinclude, however I still see also the link to the external CSS file in my source:

How/where do I remove the above line? It is not part of any template. Likely it is an edit I need to do in a PHP file, but I don't know where or how. I did locate a reference to vbulletin_important.css in adminfunctions_template.php, but editing or even removing the entire line from this PHP file did not seem to remove it from my site, as I still saw it in the source of my pages, when checked in a browser.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, as I spend already two days on this without a positive result.
