Not sure what happened, but I noticed this last night on one of my updates. If you go to edit your modification, and change the change the version number (for those of us that use the version in the title), it doesn't change.

For example, I changed:

But it still shows as 1.1.1. Even if I remove the (x.x.x), it still doesn't change.
