I've done some searching and I can't seem to find anything like it.

But I'd like to be able to setup multiple PM or some notification system for when people are moved into a new usergroup.

Pretty much in the ACP I can set Mary and Dave to recieve a PM when any user is moved into Usergroup A. It would display that username to them and maybe link to their Profile page.

At the same time I'd like to set Jenny and Pete to recieve a PM when any user is moved into Usergroup B.

If possible and not too complex at this point, when users are moved out of these usergroups they'd recieve a PM as well.
