Merging Forums -- Purchase of new forum and its content -- How To?

Hey all.

I just recently purchased all of the data from a competitor in my market.

He has a lot of data that I am trying to inject into my database (users, posts, threads, forums, etc). I just want to inject all the data in as is and then go through it manually and take out what I do not need.

What is the best way to do this?
