Mike, as you mentioned above, I've just replaced:

    $msg_body .= '  '.$vbphrase["microclassifieds_or"].'  ';
    $msg_body .= '.'/classifieds.php?do=rejectitem&itemid='.$itemid.'&urlid=1"]'.$vbphrase["microclassifieds_reject_sale"].' ';

with:

$msg_body .= '.'/usercp_classifieds.php?do=sellitem&itemid='.$itemid.'&statusid=1"]'.$vbphrase["microclassifieds_accept_sale"].' ';
    $msg_body .= '  '.$vbphrase["microclassifieds_or"].'  ';
    $msg_body .= '.'/usercp_classifieds.php?do=rejectitem&itemid='.$itemid.'&urlid=1"]'.$vbphrase["microclassifieds_reject_sale"].' ';

in classifieds.php

It still throws up the http://\" in front of the url, but if you remove it (and add a : in the correct place) then it does resolve correctly to a page asking you to confirm the sale. However, when accepting the sale it throws up the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'vB_DataManager_PM' not found in /????/??/XXXXX/htdocs/forum/usercp_classifieds.php on line 2074
