Given a choice between those two, I've always gone with Plesk.

You'll find it's more of a matter of personal preference than anything. Both panels have their nitch with different people.

There is only one thing I don't like about Plesk. That is removing some options is a pain, and they don't always completely uninstall. That leaves you having to manually uninstall/disable some items via SSH as root.

The one thing that I absolutely love is the firewall in Plesk. It's easy to configure and works perfectly. The only thing you need to be sure of is if you're running any sort of automatic IP banning via iptables, make sure you restart that after changing something in the Plesk firewall.
