The discount option has been setup under usergroup permissions. But it is showing up as 0% on the actual items.

Is there another step I'm missing?

Also coupons don't seem to show up under items. It displays this message:

"Your primary usergroup does not have access to use coupons on this item". I enabled the usergroup to use coupons for particular items and coupon access has been purchased.
