Ok first off (and not trying to be rude here but only way to say this) stop! Let's track down the current issues before you customize further. It seems for your navbar you were trying for a look similar to this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=258222 view the first screenshot - If you do that you must edit and add in some images, the ones w/ rounded corners to the ends of the navbar etc etc plus a few other tweaks.
