Look at the Advanced links mod and see if it makes those tables on install. You can see in the xml. If it does, then that is where they are from. You have to remember to remove all files when uninstalling any mods (bitfield, as well as any others).

Also, like Lynne said, if you db is big enough, it can time out when try to do all the tables at once.
