Those are from a modification. I would guess it wasn't uninstalled correctly, or there was no uninstall code and so you were supposed to remove them manually. You would have to go read the instructions for that modification to find out what you were supposed to do.

On my old server, I could not run repair/optimize on all the tables - I had to do them in groups. It was a php timeout issue, I believe. Well, and it also would kill my server loads which I didn't like to do.
