First off, I guess I can say I'm hosted on GlobalGold VPS lol. But, on Tuesday, I had a notice at the top of my Plesk Panel saying version 10.3.0 is available and ready for upgrade. I was running 10.0.0 at that time. So, I clicked upgrade (as anyone probably would lol), and let it do its thing. After all was said and done, I tried to access my site only to receive "
Bad Response From Server"

. Then the emails started coming in.... "
Reconfiguring Apache on host <usmilitarylife.com> failed" and all sorts of different messages and errors. So I sent a message to support explaining what I did and what happened. Got a message back from support a couple hours later with a message explaining what was wrong and an ETA, etc, etc, but the part that really caught my eye in that email was "
Unfortunately, you should have contacted Global Gold if your intention was to upgrade, as special licences are needed to be applied to your server before you commence." How was I supposed to know

? lol
So, lesson learned, before you upgrade ANYTHING (relating to your server/host) check with your host to make sure things will go smoothly. lol
