do i have to insert this line ??

hub.mode : subscribe or unsubscribe
hub.verify : sync or async
hub.callback : http://domain.tld/your/callback
hub.topic : http//feed.you.want.to/subscribe/to

and if yes should i change the word "your" and you to my site ? or can you give me an example please . thank
