Thanks, Mark, but not exactly what I'm looking for. That's quite a task trying to do a flowchart of any size in Word.

However, I did find this program RFFlow which is a pretty good one so far. I have the trial version, the shareware version is like $54 or something (taken from download.com).

Anyone know anything about this program? it's relatively easy to use, but a few pointers wouldn't hurt.
