I can't see anything, is there something i must enable/disable from vbulletin part?

Using VB 4.1.3

On a test forum with the same version i get this error
Fatal error: Call to a member function query_read() on a non-object in /home/public_html/test/dbtech/notifications/core/class_cache.php on line 29

no mods installed, only this one.
