Installed this and it works well but was wondering if it was possible to get rid of the pencil icon? Just to make things look cleaner?

Also, there needs to be a way to prevent individual users from using it. Right after I installed it members changed their status to:

++++ing

or

++++ so and so

And I can manually edit it but they can just edit it back. Lacks a major moderation ability.
