That's not correct in this case because it's been there approaching a week now. It's never gone away even once. I don't think that person has been online the whole time.
And if you go to the envolve.com page you will see they have
two blue circles in their "Ask a Question" general chat which have been unchangeed for nearly a week now.
I got an email from the staff and they say they are working on it trying to fix it.
