It would be great to have an addon which does the following.

If there is a link in a post there should be shown a small QR code icon nearby the link (before or after) and on mouseover on this icon there should be shown the QR code for that link in 150x150 pixels.

It would be easy so access links in forums via smartphones.

See attached picture for example.

I searched for something like this but found nothing.
