Do you mean within the tag (as an attribute), or just between <head> and </head> and <body></body>? If it's the second one, then you can put it in headinclude template (which ends up between the <head> tags) and in header or footer (which will be in the body).

That will put it on every page. If you only want it on certain pages then you would edit the templates for those pages.
