Contact them again and provide the credit card details or more information from your original transaction, you only need a way to verify that your the one who originally purchased i.e. the intended owner... at least that should suffice however I'm not 100% sure, I believe it's at their discretion.
If you can't retrieve your account then purchase again and this time DO NOT provide your customer # AND password to the vb.com members area to ANYONE as this is one possible outcome
