Okay, I've now wasted a good hour trying to find an add-on or instructions on how to enable HTML within vbulletin posts. The search function for something like this brings up pretty much every single thread ever started and Google was no better.

Can someone point me to the instructions/add-on that will allow me enable HTML within posts? I did this a while ago before I upgraded and lost it.
