First Box: Click on the Facebook Developers Link-->Click on Setup New App-->Fill out the required info and obtain your App ID and Secret

That takes care of the first two boxes you highlighted.

Next one: Usergroup---If you want, you can make it to where anyone who registers with a Facebook ID are part of a secondary usergroup (i.e. you can create a new usergroup and call it Facebook Users or something).

Next: Enable Auto Register--If this is set to yes, then when they register they will not be required to fill out the registration page, however if you set this to yes, they won't have to read the rules, provide an email addy, and will bypass COPPA Registration.

Next: If you want to put an image path there. It will show up on their Facebook Newsfeed. Otherwise leaving it blank will not put your image on their Facebook.

BTW, You can check the manual for more info on the Facebook Developer App ID. Just do a search for Facebook.
