Fake Members Registering On Site

I have been on the website I made for a local HOA, and nearly evertime I go in to view the users, there are fake accounts. We have a few required fields during the sign-up process to verify who they are and their name is always listed as "Man" with other weird information in there. I tried to ban some of their IP's, but it's obviously not working. Is there any way I can stop this from happening?
