Ok I will try to not talk about the fix here but firstly if you are looking for someone help, you should prepare the following
- your site url (if you can't public it, you can PM).
- address your problem
- and a username/pass for test account if needed, even an admin account if you are looking for help from developer to their mod.

I'm more than willing to help but vBulletin.org is a community so if you are looking for help, then try to be nice.
