So I did a search on the internet, but was only able to find 3; one which has not been updated to work with vB4, one that is $129, and photo one.

Does anyone know of any review plugins for vB4 either free or under $75?; I buy vB tonight and my site/community depends on a nice, but cheap (price wise) review plugin that will work for vB4.
