How would I make my custom BB code button (for strikethru) show up in my quick editor? It isn't, currently.

Extra: Could anyone point me to a good website that has a step-by-step tutorial on how to lock down sqlinjection into my site? I've already been DDoSed twice, I'm expecting someone to try to get into the ACP soon.
