For email: ensure you have a valid email address entered in "Send by Email". Check your spam folder too

For PM: ensure you have a valid userid (NOT username) entered in "User ID (Sender)" and a valid username (NOT userid) entered in "Private Message Recipients" and also verify that "Send by PM" is set to "Yes********

Well i do have valid email in there which is administrative email & i also have userid 1 which is my id but none of them working at all also i am using UTF-8 mode.
