No its not and if you truly knew what the issue was instead of googling for an answer you would know that once this error is present you can no longer access that setting to adjust anything... But thanks for the attempt. As I stated I solved the issue no thanks to anyone here. but disabling CMS solved page crashes. RE installing the module/plugin IMO will fix the pages to default...
But I do thank you for the screen shot and the time you have spent. Please note the proper fix as this seems to be a new problem in which a few users are experiencing after upgrading
