In all the years I'm software developer (34), I never have found a better way to describe how to install a software than to illustrate visually. However, I believe that vBulletin owners are grown up enough to follow a common line. If you managed to install vBulletin, which has in fact simplified a lot lately, you also should be able to install a vBulletin plugin.

Without going now into the psychological detail, why installing an addition may cause more grief than installing a software, I would like to say that a free software addition with almost all commercial features one could desire, everyone could invest a little personal efford to get there.

Of course, if in the course of this plugin it will work out to rather sell, I will also be able to pay somebody who may install the plugin and make it work at each customer's forums.
