when i try chat whit other users, window is open -> http://clip2net.com/clip/m57459/1308...-clip-10kb.png, but when i write i have :

This option is enabled:

If you activate this option, your users will be able to have the private chats in tabs by clicking on a username.
For each private chat, a new tab is created on user request.

Second trouble:
