. I typically use a certain escrow service for projects like this but the requests are usually from one person or company, not 15.

At any rate, we are assembling in a private forum to map out the mod before anything happens; we just need to gather the 15 contributors first. This is going to be an interactive development process, not just click "Send Payment" and wait.
