All right, I just tested another solution on my own forum, and this one DOES work.

In the headinclude template, if you put:

div.quote_container {max-height:120px;overflow:auto;}
</style></vb:literal>

That DOES work. I think it would be best to put the CSS into one of the CSS templates, but I'm not sure where it SHOULD go, tbh. I would guess postbit.css, but I can tel you for sure that it does work in the headlinclude.
