Sorry, the Pro version doesn't entitle you to support for custom skins

The money you pay for the Pro version is for the time spent developing the product, not support. Support is not a guarantee, we just give it to the best of our abilities because it's the right thing to do. Support only covers actual bugs in the application itself, and questions for how a certain part of it works. We cannot configure it for you, and we cannot support custom skins
Please understand that when we're dealing with custom skins, there's literally millions of possible configurations out there, and if we took the time to support them all, we would have no time to update the product (thus you would no longer get new features or bug fixes).
It's a policy we have not out of spite, but out of necessity
