Nope, I have neither of those 2 sections showing in the picture you provided.

I don't have the "Point Market" section, or the "Point Market Bank" section. I've even rebuilt bitfields in order to show any new changes and it still doesn't update with the sections I need. I do know that it's actually rebuilding the bits (from testing) and it's rebuilding the sidepane in admincp, but still no sections needed to update the permissions for this product.

EDIT: I have figured it all out. There was a missing file that somehow got broken in the download.
