We're unable to offer support for custom skins I'm afraid - we code all our modifications to work with the vBulletin default skin system.
If we offered support for custom skins, we wouldn't have time for anything else

You should contact your skin maker and ask why they didn't follow vBulletin theming conventions, and ask them for advice
