I had the same...
I first had the problem explained above.
I gave the coder an admin name and password.
He fixed my first problem.

Then I had the same problem as you.
each PM received got an extra line.
I told the coder, he logged in again, and in 4 minutes it was solved.

Now actualy i'm still waiting on a fix to download in case of an emergency and i have to reinstall.
