I cannot see the picture here from work but do you mean the tabs at the top?, you could right click and view source or use the mod found here at vb.org called easy tbas in forum home i think, if you hover the tabs you will see the url in your browser status bar to a designated forum which then houses sub forums, all these little mods and tricks can be forund here at .org
