Hey guys .... here is my deal.

I have my site set up as a closed site thats only open to approved users, as I want only valid business owners accessing the site. At the root of my domain I plan to have a WordPress install that allows new people to read what my forum is about as well as take a tour that I will create via video. Once they want to sign up I want to direct them to a form on the WordPress install that will basically do the same thing as register.php without any forum headers and footers and contained with in the WordPress theme. Once they complete the form it will redirect them to a page on the WordPress install that says something along the lines of thanks for registering you will be notified when your account is approved.

I hope this makes sense. Is there anything like this that already exists? as I couldn't find anything.
