Is it possible for me to just delete it all, I didn't save my original files though. Can I get them from some where ?

You appear to have uploaded the contents of the dbtech folder instead of the contents of the upload folder, and thus corrupted your vBulletin install.

Please follow the instructions in the readme.txt file which states that the contents of the 'upload' folder should be uploaded to your forum's directory - meaning the contents as-is

You need to re-upload all the vBulletin files and then upload AUT as described
