How do I modify instructions on the registration page. Basically I want to require that usernames are 'First' SPACE 'Last' name.

Also, is there a way to check the username format before approving to see if it is in fact "alphacharacters SPACE alphacharacters" ?? Like 'John Smith' ??

Any help on either item would be appreciated. Thanks!
