vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Forum Requirements...good question!

So on my site, is there a way that when a user signs up that the first thing he has to do is post a thread in the "Introductions" forum? This would mean he can't post until he does the introduction post. I want the users to start introducing themselves so i thought this was a good way to do that.

Does anyone know how i could do that?
