Is there anyway in vBulletin to add child accounts to a Parent account. Literally and functionally?

I've got an ATV park that has Adults and Children. Example:

Mom and Dad sign up at the park and get an adventure pack which includes their kids who are 16 & 17 years old. Everyone needs a forum account cause the forum is for members only. If the account is not renewed, I would like one way to be able to disable all the members. Furthermore - the current userbase is in Joomla (integration into that would be awesome but I am already aware of the intricacy of that.

So does anyone know how I can allow parents and children to have accounts tied to each other? Like a main account and sub accounts. Or a group - with accounts.

Any ideas?
