Thanks yeah im wanting them to turn blue when you hover over them like the 2nd set. Was trying to figure out why the first set wasnt doing the same as 2nd set. Sorry should have explained better lol.

Seems like the manual links I have added arent doing the same as what the plugins or standard VBulletin does.
